Part I Architectural Assistant

Joe graduated from the University for the Creative Arts in Canterbury, achieving a First Class Honours in Architecture(ARB/RIBA Part I). He is an aspiring Architect who is working towards his PartII.

His interests lie in climate change and sustainability, and the role that architecture and design plays in its response to these current issues. He is extremely interested in exploring the possibilities of sustainable architecture and technologies, as well as retrofitting of existing buildings to make them more efficient and environmentally friendly. He was President of CASCAN (Canterbury Architecture School ClimateAction Network) and worked with the University to provide a more climate-focussed curriculum.

Joe brings a forward-thinking approach to design and is passionate about how architecture can help address the problems posed by climate change and environmental degradation for a more sustainable future.
