We were recently instructed to prepare a heritage building report on Vine Hall Farm, a Grade II Listed former hall house. It was to be a gift for the owner’s birthday, which we are pleased to say was very well received.
We prepare similar reports to accompany planning and listed building consent applications but in this case it was purely for the interest of the owners.
The report includes a description of the site and building, historic maps showing the development of the site over time and research on local landowners. It then moves onto recording features of the house and explores how the building has evolved.
