We predominantly work on high end residential projects both for private clients and developers. We specialise in working with listed buildings and delivering small/medium sized high quality developments in sensitive locations.

Skills and Experience:
We require applicants to have at least 5 years of experience working in the industry and it is essential to be proficient in AutoCAD and to have good general IT skills.
- Carry out and draw up measured building surveys
- Ability to put together planning and listed building applications
- Produce Design and Access Statements
- Produce Heritage Statements
- Prepare Building Regulation applications
- Technical detailing
- Sketch Up
A full UK driving licence and own vehicle is required due to the need to visit sites.
