Our client acquired this pair of Grade II listed properties at auction with the benefit of Planning and Listed Building Consent for conversion into 12 flats.
After carrying out a measured survey of the building we revisited the approved layout. We identified weaknesses in the scheme and subsequently secured fresh consents that enhanced the quality of the living accommodation. This improved the buildability and saleability of the flats and increased the financial return for the developer.
Our instruction extended to the preparation of large-scale construction details to discharge Planning and Listed Building Consent conditions. We prepared a full working drawing package that secured Building Regulation approval and was suitable for construction purposes.
