Bellview Frittenden Road Sensitive Housing Consultation

Bellview, Frittenden — Community Consultation
James Clague Architects would like to invite you to a community consultation event to view and discuss ideas for a proposed new sensitive housing development in Frittenden.
With Taylor Roberts Architects, we are preparing plans for a small development of up to 18 high-quality homes on land at the edge of the village. The small scheme will be carefully designed to sit sensitively within its surroundings, respecting the village character, local vernacular and contributing positively to local life.
About the Proposals
• Up to 18 new homes designed to reflect the scale and feel of Frittenden.
• Publicly accessible open space with play facilities, landscaping, and a potential village art feature.
• A new central green area for use by the residents and the wider community.
• Biodiversity enhancements and extensive new planting.
Our aim is to create a village-edge development that feels like a natural part of Frittenden, supporting village life, providing homes across a range of tenures, and delivering environmental benefits.
